NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C., AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. Brawny Halloween Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP (“Sponsor”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of 10/13/2025 (see further restrictions in Rule 4 below). Sweepstakes begins on October 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 23, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

  1. TO ENTER ONLINE: Follow us on TikTok at @brawny and/or Instagram at @brawnybrand AND tag 3 friends in the post about this Sweepstakes posted by @brawny on TikTok and/or @brawnybrand on Instagram starting on October 13. Your following and tagging of 3 friends in the post must be made by October 23rd, 2025 for your chance to win an official Brawny Man signature plaid shirt and a year’s supply of Brawny 3-Ply Paper Towels, during the Promotion Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” shall be from 12:00:00 AM ET through 11:59:59 PM ET on each date during the Promotion Period. Entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged except as provided herein.
  2. WINNER SELECTION: Three Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 10/23/2025 by Sponsor whose decisions shall be final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Two winners will be chosen from Instagram and 1 winner from TikTok. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.  Limit one (1) prize per person/household. A participant can only win once and cannot win on both Instagram AND TikTok. Winners will be notified via DM by the Brawny account on the 24th. Failure to respond to that DM with winner’s acceptance of the prize with their address by the 27th at 12 PM noon ET results in forfeiture of the prize.
  3. PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes: 1 Brawny Man Signature Plaid Shirt (ARV $400 per shirt) AND a year supply of Brawny® Paper Towels (equivalent to 53 double rolls based on a 6-count pack size), awarded in the form of ten (10) coupons valued at $15 each (ARV $150). Total ARV of prize $550.  No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor for any reason, and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Separate coupon terms and conditions apply. Winner’s entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, statements, social media handles, and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation except where prohibited by law. Failure of a winner to comply with the above prize claim requirements for any reason, or the return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, or the determination that the winner is ineligible to receive a prize, will result in forfeiture of the prize. If a winner is found to be in violation of any of these rules, he/she will be required to forfeit his/her prize, or, at Sponsor’s discretion, to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is found after the prize has been used. Any taxes on prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sponsor, Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, retailers, advertising, promotion, and judging agencies and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate. For purposes of these rules, “immediate families” means spouse, parents or legal guardians, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, step-children, and the spouses of each of the foregoing.

Any person who uses or attempts to use such means to enter the Sweepstakes will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and will be ineligible to receive a prize. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
